What's different about moving in Bonney Lake
New construction
Tehaleh and the newer streets south of town bring their own problems: no house numbers on the curb yet, a lawn that's still mud, a builder's dumpster where the truck should stand. Send us the lot number.
Bigger lots
Older parts of the plateau have houses set back from the road, some with gravel drives. We lay runners for the walk in and check whether the truck can turn.
The SR 410 hill
There's one main road up from Sumner, and it backs up on weekday afternoons. We'd rather start early in Bonney Lake.
Distance
